7 – Day Liver Detoxification Protocol
Liver cleanse requires 6-days of prep following 16-20 hours of actual cleansing.
Days 1- 6: Preparation & Clean Eating
Daily:
½ - 1 teaspoon malic acid taken with 8oz of water 4x per day.
Dietary Recommendations:
* Do not discontinue medication unless advised
* Avoid unnecessary supplements/vitamins.
* Cleanse your colon before and after cleansing.
Day 6: The Prep Day
Day 6 Evening: The Actual Cleanse
6:00pm – Add 4 tablespoons of Epsom salts to 24 oz of filtered or spring water. This makes four 6oz servings.
Drink a glass (6oz) now (you may add lemon juice to improve taste) with a large plastic straw to bypass the taste buds. It is also helpful to brush your teeth after drinking the solution.
8:00pm – Drink second 6oz glass of Epsom salts
9:30pm – If you have not had a bowel movement until now and have not done a colon cleanse within the past 24 hours, take a water enema.
9:45pm – Wash grape fruits
10:00pm – Stand next to your bed (do not sit down) and drink the concoction, if possible, without interruption.
Day 7: The Follow Morning
6:00am – 6:30am – Drink another 6oz glass of Epsom salt (if you feel thirsty drink a glass of warm water before salts)
8:00am - 8:30am – Drink fourth and last 6oz glass of Epsom salt
10:00am - 10:30am – You may drink fresh pressed vegetable (non-fruit) juice at this time.
It is normal to not experience passing stones on your first (few) cleanse(s). Continue cleansing monthly until you have passed all stones and are now not passing stones. Then cleanse once per year and maintain a healthy lifestyle, balanced with nutrition, detox and cleansing.

I didn’t know whether something like tapping and hypnosis would work for me, but it did. To my surprise, I had results in the very first session alone. And it’s because of his energy and compassion that really completes the triad of this medicine.
He has a field that allows the fears to come up organically, and it’s his warm energy and his experience in creating space that makes a safe home for you to explore those in real time. It’s something that is so needed in the world.
In one session, I re-wrote a family memory right before I was about to fly out for a family trip and because of that session I was able to truly enjoy my time with them instead of feeling ridden with anxiety like I had before.
My family connections and bonds are so much more nourishing and deep now.

As someone who's done a lot of emotional and internal integration work, I was slightly skeptical that much would come up in my session with Steven. I don't feel I often get triggered, and when I do, I handle it well. Not only did we immediately find something to work on, it opened me up to how a childhood experience had been impacting more areas of my life than I realized. Coming out of my short session with Steven, I feel I have a healthier, more integrated relationship with this experience. I also left with some new tools for navigating and integrating stressful experiences.

I've been so excited to work through my relationship dynamics and my session with you felt like a big step forward in that process. I was able to experience a new level of safety within myself and that is a really big deal for me. I came in wanting to work on romantic relationships and ended the session feeling more comfortable to be seen & vulnerable in all relationships. I also feel more confident to move forward in my dating life. I feel like I've got my own back and that feels really good. Dragon has a calming presence. He is settled in his own body and is able to tune in with me. He keeps track of my process and feels comfortable with silence and uncertainty, which allows me to stay connected with my inner experiences and to lean into what naturally comes up. Before my session with Steven I was feeling anxious and weighed down by some trauma from my past. This anxiety made its way into every aspect of my life.
